I have appreciated the consistent uptime and friendly customer support I have received while hosting my Ironman movie website. They helped me with my Wordpress installation and enabled me to be a success.

I've been a customer of Hosting With Us for 2 years now. Before finding them I had hosted my website with 4 or 5 different hosting companies and it was an ongoing problem. My site was often down and I could never reach anyone to help me. Hosting With Us has been a blessing to me and my business and I never have any problems with my site going down any more. I once forgot my password and they're friendly and professional agents had me back in business right away. I personally recommend Hosting With Us to all of my friends and customers.

 I am very satisfied with the current service.  I can't really think of any changes, unless you want to manage my store inventory for me.  LOL   My previous host was more costly and slower to download.  HWU is much better, and that makes it easier to retain clients for my reseller hosting account. I not only would recommend HWU to others... I have recommended it many times.  Of course, as a reseller of hosting space, I want to maximize my profits, but I have no qualms with recommending HWU to other prospective resellers. I have been using you guys for my site and have been thrilled with the service. Customer support was very fast, even on weekends. Cpanel is great and easy to use. Others that I have used for this "discounted" price were nowhere near as good. Great features, great prices. Keep up the good work! Don't change anything!

I have used support on numerous occassions and am very satisfied with it. The response was often within the same day or at least within 24 hours. All questions were answered and even those that were difficult problems working with support was helpful. I really like the scripts possible and have used a number of them. I also like the cost which is very competative and the service is quite good. I especially like both the Cpanel and the Web Panel ( I have the reseller package as I need a lot of web space and bandwidth just for my site).

The server performance is pretty standard.  I did have more down time at netrillium.net than with hostingwithus.com.  Hosting With Us customer support is far better than 0catch.com and netrillium.net.

Honestly I am very happy with your service. I like the service I'm getting with hostingwithus. It is better than my last host who was so "techie" he couldn't speak English. The back office, trouble ticket system and consistently quick response to problems or questions has been highly appreciated.
